This is one of the favorites of the members at Hercules. Is it a lat pulldown or a high row? That could be debated. Is it a great machine at targeting the lats? That is an undoubted, yes! The moving arm and handle make this machine versatile. If you pull with an overhand grip and flare your elbow out to the side it hits the high part of the upper back around the armpit. The preferred way of most is to rotate the handle to an underhand grip (like the model in the video). This targets the meat of the lat mid and lower lats. No great gym equipment collection would be complete without this machine.
