This is Strives take on a chest supported row, and they absolutely killed it! You can train your whole upper back on this machine. Move your seat higher and use the vertical grip handles to target the meaty lower lat. Or move the seat lower so that the elbows pull higher towards the shoulder blades to hit the rhomboids and traps. The three loading horns let you change where the weight is emphasized within the range of motion. The funnest way to use this machine is to follow the chart on the side of the machine and switch up the tension every set for five sets. It’s enlightening to feel how the back flexes when the weight is loaded differently.
