This is the leg press to do if you’re looking to grow your quads and you have sketchy knees. The adjustable cam can be set up so that tension is on the end of the range of motion (where the quads are more heavily taxed), and lighter where the knees are fully bent and in a less mechanically advantageous position. The result is a monstrous quad pump that doesn’t take anything away from you besides your ability to walk normally.
