ROGERS PENDULUM POWER SQUAT PRO

This is probably the best squat machine since it makes even the most novice of lifters squat with perfect power squat form. It targets the primary muscles of the back squat too – namely the glutes and quads. This machine is a perfect accompaniment for squatting because it can be done for high reps (since form is not a factor), whereas high rep free bar squats can be very sketchy.

For those with knee injuries, this machine can used because it pushes the butt back and keeps the knees perpendicular to the ankle – taking pressure off of the knee. For those with hip injuries, this machine makes the load lighter at the bottom and keeps the lifter from leaning left or right. My hip is too hurt to squat, but I can still use this squat machine.
